WOW! Her place is AMAZING! We wanted to chill out for a couple of days instead of travelling around and this place was perfect for it! Lovely views, nice hikes around with a personal guide, best shower ever, and the natural pool was amazing! We wish we could stayed way longer! I never leave any reviews but this place is worth it! Best place to chill, enjoy the surroundings, enjoy the natural pool and relax✨

Wow, what a breathtaking villa! We loved our stay within nature! Thank you for an awesome experience. Such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Pros Beautiful view / Surrounded by wildlife / Friendly and attentive assistant / Great amount of space / Comfy bed / Peaceful / Quirky and unique villa / BBQ was delicious - a real highlight / One note...the road access is bad. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle be prepared that the walk is about 800m on an uneven track.

We had such a great time here. The property is located in a beautiful surrounding. The area is also full of animals and birds - just observe and you will be amazed. We didnt know how much we needed to disconnect from the world until we did. It was like a dream to wake up every day with such a magnificient view. The owners live in the capital. The communication is great, they are super welcoming and hospitable. We knew that if there is anything we needed we could contact them. There are also two great and friendly assistants Chandana and Disanayaka who stay in a house close by and can help with anything that you might need. You can get a real authentic experience by going for a walk to the jungle, trying local produce and fruits and so much more! Chandana is also a great cook if you enjoy Sri Lankan curry and rice. Keep in mind that it is an off-grid property so there is a small amount of preparation needed such as getting there by 4x4 which was definitely needed. The owners were happy to help us with that as we didnt rent any vehicles in Sri Lanka. My tip would be bring already some groceries along so you are covered for a few days especially if you are staying for a longer period of time and want to cook by yourself. This way you dont have to think about it the moment you arrive. Although, many basics were in the kitchen already provided. You can find mostly local produce and items in the supermarkets in the nearest town. There is also a vegetable garden on their land. Jayomi and Janaka are extremely helpful, they will share more info with you I am sure. And my last tip, I guess especially for ladies - be prepared for leeches mostly when walking during or after a heavy rain in nature, either mentally or just simply bring a bottle of detol or anti-leech socks. Better be aware what to expect than later be suprised ☺️ It was a magical experience to stay there for several weeks and we hope that we will have a chance to come back again in future.

Amazing location off the grid. If you need some time for yourself, perfect. Make sure you have proper hiking equipment so you can also explore the region to the full extent.

The building blends naturally with nature, humble and luxurious at the same time.
